Does Savage make a Push feed Left hand Magnum bolt head with 7/16" lugs

Does Savage make a left hand push feed magnum bolt face bolthead with the 7/16" lugs? If so, can anyone tell me where to get one. Or if some one has a factory gun with one on it, could you send me the info or better yet the ser#. I am authorized to buy the parts from savage buy really need a rifle serial number to get the right one. Savage parts needs the ser# to really help you. I have a part number for one with the thicker lugs but I have my reasons for wanting the shorter lugs. Appreciate any help you all may have.

Plan B would be to open up a std bolt face left bolthead to a Magnum. Would rather just switch the bolt head though.

Magnum bolt heads will be 1/2" lugs, the heavy magnum use 9/16". If you are re-barreling, the lug thickness doesn't matter.
