Not in the AI but I used it in the standard 243 for years taking a number of Georgia deer with neck shots between 30 and 60 yards. Never had one run off, just bang flop like they were hit with Thor's hammer.

I have a partial box that I used in my regular 243. Kills deer dead. Shot very well in a sporter barrel.

May try them in the new 243AI but I was planning to shoot the 100-107gr range bullets first to see how they hold up out to 600 or more.

I have a 10 twist 26 inch that I use for my 87gr V-max. They come out at ~3400 using 44+ grains of IMR4350. I have shot 3 P-dogs two years ago in N.D. with Northlander at between 850 to over 930 yards and it was not fun for the dogs.

It was not hard to work a load up the Rem with a Pac-Nor barrel. It will shoot 65gr to 90gr into little groups, but it does like IMR 4350 or H4831-sc.

I tried Hor 87gr Sp in my 6TCU to see how the bullet would work at 1850fps at 10' to see how it would do at 200yrds with the load that I worked as a hunting load. I down loaded H4895 to get the 10' velosity. I used a stack of water soaked phonebooks that I taped together that was 14" thick. I shot it 2 times and both bullet went through. Hole going in .243" and hole going out .75".

I use them in a reg 243. With imr 3031 and a dose of 37.1 gr i believe......i was getting 3200 fps and keeping it under 1 moa groups at 400 w the best group being under an inch. I still havent messed with seating depths yet. I imagine with the AI version you could prob easily push them to 3400 fps. Mine tube is a criterion 9twist in 26". I like them a lot.
