Yes, more money for the convenience of quick change parts. LOL I have 40+ die sets. I'm not buying that many bushings!!! Yet!!!
Saw on another gun form a trick using the Hornady LNL press conversion kit(044099) and die bushings(044096) on a RCBS rock chucker to change out reloading dies much faster and still have the same settings when changing out different dies.
Once i get everything in will start to set up press and try a few things.

Know what you say, i only load for three rifle one pistol so i know
I am using Hornady L-n-L bushings in my lee classic cast pres and I love them! I only bought 1 set to try them out but I am going to order more very soon.

I think it would be less expensive to get a Forester press and just as easy to change dies. I have had mine for about 4 years and really like it.
I have a Lock-N-Load and I have NO PROBLEM justifying buying the bushings. I buy them in the bigger bulk package and when I get a new die and come up short on a bushing I remember just how much they are worth to me.
LOL Yes when I bought the adapter for the RCBS I bought a 10 pack to start with. But I also have 4 different presses so it requires thought as to what to convert.Originally Posted by kdvarmint

Purchased a 10 pack and what i thought was the Adapter kit 0440099 but when it got to the door and opened it was an 044093 a three pack, so had to order the adapter again.
So now have the press adapter and 15 die adapters should cover my needs for now.
Can you please explain what you mean ?Originally Posted by Balljoint
In answer to sliderspal with these adapter kits you will be able to change reloading dies (after set up) quickly between resizing, priming and then bullet seating
screw out this bushing...
screw this one in...
put this one on your dies and you have a quick change set up...
