LH SA Magnum Push Feed Bolt Face - part number? where to buy?

I'm trying to find a LH SA Magnum push feed bolt face. Does anyone have a part number for one? Or know where I could get one? The only SA Magnum bolt face on Midway is controlled feed.

Any help would be appreciated!

Savage 14 models 18502 AND 18503 could be a place to start for bolt heads.

I too was in need of the same bolt head for my 300 RSAUM. Looked a long time for them but they are not available anywhere I could find. There are a few threads on modifying a LA bolt head here but decided not to do it myself. I placed an order with SSS last week knowing that it will be done right and give me the confidence to light 60 grains of powder ahead of it. It might take a few weeks, but I know it will be right.

I've been calling SSS for days and I have not gotten through. Maybe they'll respond to my email.

So does the new bolt off the new short mags not work? I was thinking they switched to a controlled feed, and then back to a push feed. Can anyone confirm if the new short mag rifles have push feed or controlled feed bolt heads?

New ones are push feed. Went that way with when everything went center feed.

Yep, ordering from SSS can be a PITA but well worth it. Here is the system I use if I need just parts. I print the order form and writed down the parts I want. Below it I write a very specific description of what I am trying to do. Ex. need complete bolthead to convert Savage 223 Rem LH SA centerfeed, push feed to 300 RSAUM push feed. Write down my info and CC info and leave all the rest blank and mail it to them. Lisa is awesome and will take care of the rest. Some may disagree with that but I will get my stuff while they are still trying to get ahold of them.

Thanks for the advice, flip! I'll probably give it a go if I can't get through to them or another smith.

I wish savage would just sell us the bolt heads direct. I'll call them Monday as well
