    My new 112V single shot!!


    Hi guys, I bought a 112v single shot today in 243. I love the stock and action. I will be selling the barrel soon and putting a 6br on it.. I will piller bed the stock and re-finish it.

    looks just like the first Savage i ever owned. But mine was a 22-250. Still think it may have been the smoothest action I have owned, and shot VERY well for an old well used barrel. Been a very expensive journey ever since...LOL

    When you're ready to sell that barrel give me a shout, I have been looking for a Factory 243 Varmint barrel for a rechamber project.

    funny you say that! i just bought a gun in the classifieds tonight, then listed a stock and action 20 minutes later....LOL

    I bought the same rifle in 22-250 in 1975. Put about 100 rounds through it. Had experienced benchrest shooters shoot it. Practically needed a mallet to open the bolt after firing. finally put it in the safe and left it. Going to get it out and get it repaired. Maybe it will be better
