My folks had a renter disappear into the night and after the legal maneuvers started cleaning up their junk. While doing so they found 4 long guns, one being a Savage shotgun, which I have no experience with. It is a Savage Model 30 Series E in 3 inch 20 gauge. It has a ribbed 28 inch barrel, I have no idea what choke it has but I'm guessing a modified choke. It's not in very good shape, but I think I can clean it up.
I'm guessing it was made in the 60's, but the 3 inch chamber makes me not so sure. Does anyone have any experience with Savage shotguns and know about this gun? I know it's not worth much, but I was wondering how much it was worth also.
