Threads on 111 LRH

Hey all,

I'm brand new to the forum here. I'm not sure if this is the correct group to post this under. If its not please point me in the right direction.

I just bought a 6.5x284 model 111 LRH with adjustable muzzle brake. Can anyone tell me what thread pattern is used to attach the brake? Down the road I will be looking to put a suppressor on all three of my rifles. Just want confirm pattern before I thread my other two barrels. Thanks for the help. I'm excited to be a member. I didn't even know about this until recently so I will be back often.

Savage sometimes uses Unified Threads as opposed to NC or NF, I will see what I can find out.

.30 calibers are 5/8-24 UNEF (Unified Extra Fine) and the .223 are 1/2-28. The 6.5 (264) caliber may be one of those two or 9/16-xx UNX(X). I cant find the info. Sorry

No problem. Thanks for the help. Ill give savage a call and see if i can find the pattern for the 6.5. Im hoping they know. ;D
