    pre-accutrigger for accutrigger swap

Have any of you guys ever swapped the older style trigger out for a accutrigger? I have one and other than swapping the safety parts out it seems like it would work with some minor tweaking.

    Re: pre-accutrigger for accutrigger swap

you would need to drill the hole under the safety for the accutrigger adjustment spring to fit into. Other than that I am not sure what needs to be done to finish the swap, but I have read where it has been done. Believe I read that on here just a week or so ago

    Re: pre-accutrigger for accutrigger swap

I asked the same question just a few days ago. Here is what 82 boy informed me.

"There has been people in the past that have placed accu-triggers in non accutrigger guns, and have claimed great sucess. The problem lies in the rear spring, and the non accu-trigger guns not having the perch for it to sit on. Some have drilled spaces, and done other things, but the spring looks off center. (geometry is off.) I have tried it and found that I could not replicate the same trigger pull that I could with the accu-trigger in its own action. It is just something I would not recommend doing."
