about swapping out to .204 and adding a better trigger (pre accutrigger).....

is this swap possible? and is it possible to just change the barrel?

Also if possible, who would make a fluted .204 barrel to fit this application?

No one is going to hammer you here. It is a very newbie friendly place. Once you become a regular, you will be open game for a little good natured ribbing.

For the trigger I would reccomend Sharp Shooter Supply, very nice trigger, very easy to install yourself.

For your barrel, page down to the vendor classified section and look under Northlander Shooting Supplies. Jim appears to have an unfired SS fluted 204 barrel in stock. Jim is a great guy to deal with.

BTW, if you don't like that ugly black bolt body, I would be happy to trade you a nice shiny silver one for it.

SSS trigger is above the Rifle Basix trigger.....

Fluted SS 204 take off barrels are available.....or from Savage (installed only)

No SS....not a fan of bling, this will be a predator setup and I may camo the whole thing....

I have the .17hmr and 22lr BTVS's for bling ;D
