I'm finalizing a deal on this Savage Anschutz Meister Grade sporter.
I'm under $1500 for the rifle, scope, and mounts. shipped.

Did I do OK on this deal?
I never thought I'd be paying over $1,000 for a .22, but these are supposed to be the cat's azz, no?

That may be just a little high, but if the rifle is in great condition, what the heck.

They are beautiful rifles. I have always thought the older one's were the very best even though Anshutz makes very high quality rifles today.

You will enjoy your rifle, have fun and post some targets once you are used to it and get it sorted out.

Finally got a chance to shoot it today. It was a bit breezy, but she did alright.
