Picatinny Rail thats fits with Burris Signature Zee 30mm Rings

I've read where some one piece picatinny style bases wont work with these rings (weaver style). Who has these rings being used on a picatinny style base. Will these work will EGW, Warne, Talley, TPS etc. Thanks

The Badger Ordnance Base on my 10FLP is a picatinny style and it's got Burris Signature Zee 30mm Rings.

Many rails are machiened to close tolerances,and you may need to open the Burris base slightly with a wedge/screwdriver.I had to do that for a MGM base on G2 Contender.Proceed carefully.

I have had no problems with those rings on EGW or Millett rails, or AR flattop uppers. The rings were a noticably tighter fit on one of the rails, but don't remember which. Like Joe O said, you may need to open the base of the Burris ring ever so slightly.

I have them on Ken Farrell,EGW,and Weaver rails and a RRA upper receiver.Never had any problems with them fitting.

Whoever gave you that information was mistaken. Any Weaver type ring with work with a Picc. type rail. Picc. type rings will NOT work with a Weaver type rail. I'll take some pictures later today illustrating the compatibility.

I've got them on Warne bases and they go on just fine. Should fit on the EGW's fine too.

All that matters is that the base is in spec.

Thank you to all who posted. Just ordered an EGW HD base today, now need to wait for burris to start production on the signature zees again.

Joe is correct.

I just received my TPS Picatinny base and Burris Signature Zee 30mm Weaver style rings.

There is no way to get these rings on the base without forcibly spreading the clamp on the rings.
I can see where other manufacturer scope mounts would slip right on without any modification, but these uni-body scope rings are different.

In the end it's no big deal and it's worth the extra work to get those amazing Burris inserts.

Sorry for digging up and old thread, but I purchased this exact set because of the information in this thread and wanted to provide a recent update.
