    Correct safety for Stevens 200?

I broke the safety lever on my current pruduction Stevens 200 short-action. Brownells lists one safety assembly for Savage 110/111 rifles. Is this the correct safety for my rifle?

If not, does anybody have the factory part number and a source for the safety?

It probably is, but with no pic it's hard to tell. Best bet would be to just call Savage. I'm sure you could give them your serial number and they can get you exactly what you need.

How did you break the safety lever?

Turning in safety adjustment screw too tight.
