    I have a 6.5 Creedmoor.. I'm kind of dissapointed. .4 moa groups at 200 are boring. ;D

I thought about the creedmaore, but decided on 260, my thoughts are id it doesnt shoot good then I will put a shilen 6.5x47L on it, The funny part is not sure what I will do with it just wanted something with high BC bullets like .264 the only one I need to fill the gap I have .223, 243, 6mmBR, 30BR, 308 so the .264 will fit nice in my collection.

Your .4 moa at 200 is nice, is that 5 shot groups, what bullet did you use. Ordered 140GR Amax and 123 amax, Redding Type S dies, Lapua Brass have not decided on bushing for dies SAAMI shows loaded round at.298 neck , I may or may not turn necks for concentricity depends how they run on gauge before i load I know this will be chambered as a no turn neck but it never hurts to check brass and bullet runout.

5 shot groups, Fed 210, 142 SMK, 41.5 H4350, at Hodgdons book OAL. New out of the box unprocessed brass, loaded single stage on my progressive Hornady press. No Chrono data yet.

Ive got the notes at home for the comparator OAL and distance to the lands.

140 Hunting VLD's did ok, but I think I need to seat them in the lands instead of .020 off. They shot the best at 41.5gr H4350 also.

I have some 140gr/120gr AMAX and 95VMAX I'll test this weekend.

I'm getting a RCBS Chargemaster for Christmas, so I hope the groups tighten up a little more. I dont have much faith in the scale I currently use. Although, I did run 9 rounds straight through the progressive not weighing every charge. Those 9 rounds went 1.4 inches at 200. H4350 meters pretty good.

your gonna love the chargemaster, man its the best, let me know how those amax shoot, I was wondering about powder, going to go to hogdon see what shoots fastest, I usually start at lands got to get hornady modified case, out of all my guns all savage but one remington, they all do best close in either at lands or .005 to .010 out none have done better any further out , my 30BR is savage target action with krieger and at the lands even a jam does best full to top with powder 34.5 H4198 wont hold any more then that.

looks like 4350 is the best all around for all weight even the 107 smk, really interested in shooting that one
