Are you expecting that the fps will be exactly the same on every round, I can not even achieve that with handloads and I hand weigh and measure every powder charge and weigh and separate my brass and pullets into same weight batches.
I generally get 3 to 4 duplicate charges per 10 bullet groups, sometimes, when I do 3 shot groups I do get a duplicate a time or 2. Is this normal, low...???

Am I expecting that? I don't know what to expect, that is why I am asking. To know how far/close I am to the curve...
Sounds like you're doing pretty well! If your under 10-15 fps extreme spread you're doing well, duplicates are a bonus.
My ES is not that good all the time. I have a Lyman 505 too, an old one, not the plastic one. I got that one back from the factory not a few weeks ago. I wonder, for repetition sake, if the beam balances are more precise than the digital like the rcbs 750 I have ...
You are doing well. In a box of 20(reloads), I will generally get a tad less than 50% that are dup's. That is ballance weighed. When I use any of my digitals, I will get 3-5 per box. I have never met a digital scale that is as accurate.
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

A good balance beam is more precise and much more reliable than your (and my) rangemaster 750.
A number of times now, I've gotten five shot strings with duplicate velocities. Nice to see the SD and ES at 0, 0.
