    care for stock


    i just put a new 11 longrangehunter on layaway and was wondering about the rubbery coating on the stock. is there a special way to care for this stock?

    oh dont worry about that but that is why i am asking i have heard that the coating likes to come off of the stocks and was wondering if is do to solvents or just bad coatings ???

    There should be details in the owner's manual if anything special is needed.

    Nothing special for the accustock that I've come across. A dry rag has been handy. You will want an inch-pound torque wrench.
