Switching from moly to non coated?

If you break in the barrel with moly coated and switch to non coated, any issues other that a good cleaning prior to the switch??
Thoughts and comments appreciated, I'm a beginner.
    Thanks

That's it. Although if you buy-into the "moly" benefits, then you should leave it in the pipe...
I'm a firm believer in the theory that if it bleeds, I can kill it.

A good cleaning will take care of any issues that is not really there,
Been shooting moly in my varmint rigs & nothing else for 25Yrs.

I've done it quite a bit over the years without any problem.
