Question about converting different calibers with DBM

Guys, I am planning on getting a new Centerfeed action to have as a swithbarrel rig. I am planning on running a 7BR lightweight hunter as I have seen it feed and function with the 6BR mags for these savages. I am also going to run either a 7.62x39 or a 6.5 Grendel as both should feed from the Savage 7.62x39 mags. My question is... Will any centerfeed action with DBM work for this? I have read where some rifles have a front latch or a side latch, and I was wondering if I were to buy a DBM rifle, and then pick up a 7.62x39 mag and 6BR mag, will they work with any DBM action? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Think they'll both work fine out of a short action rifle. Can't imagine those magazines working on a long action DBM.
