Acustock replacement

Okay, this may be a redundant question so I'm sorry.
If I buy the new LH model 10 w/Acustock, can I restock it with a standard CF aftermarket stock?

By standard I hope you mean savage stock. The aftermarket is not real good for the centerfeed models and being left handed makes it even worse to find a replacement stock.

Well, I found a take off HS Precision w/out much trouble. I just cut the bolt handle channel.
Is the action/receiver different on the acustock guns?

No differences that I know of, just the screw spacing is different between the stagger and center feed models. I didn,t realize you were willing to cut yourself a new bolt slot in a stock, this makes the options way better.

I just pulled an acustock gun apart, and it is the same action, just the "floating" tensioner in the stock.
