Could anyone tell me if all Stevens 200s now have their internal box magazines attached to the stock?

It is called a center feed magazine. I would say all new production Stevens 200's have this style of magazine. The problem lies in the middleman. It is hard to tell what you get when dealers are getting supplies from large suppliers, that have thousands of gun in a warehouse. So with that said yes it is still possible to buy a new gun and get a staggered feed gun that has been sitting in a warehouse for some time.
And they're not attached to the stocks, they just sit in the stock with a slightly snug fit.
