Choate Tactical for an Old LA 110fp in .223?

Recently I aquired a 10fp from cabelas in .308 with the detachable mag and the choate tactical stock. I sent the rifle to the smith and had an oversized recoil lug installed and had the stock bedded. I love the gun and have been using it in some comps around the area. I've been thinking that it would be nice to have a smaller caliber rifle set up the exact same for practicing different positions.
In the safe I've got an old 110-fp tactical pre accutrigger in .223 with the tupperware stock. I found this choate from Midway.

Will this fit the old savage? Is it a blind mag? Can I get a mag system for it?

That should work fine and yes, it is a blind magazine stock. You would have to have it inletted for a DBM system.
