convert duramaxx stock from right to left

Has anyone tried to take the duramaxx stock and convert it from a right-hand stock to a left-hand. It seems that I read about
somewhere, but can't remember where. I've got a savage .308 model 10 in left-hand, heavy barrel, old style and have never
liked the stock on it. I have a duramaxx stock on hand and was wondering???

Making a bolt handle cut for a lefty on a right hand stock will make it very weak.
