    model 110 questions

Hi Ya'll it's been awhile since I posted here but I have two questions about my 110... I am going to switch out barrels on my long action. What is the difference between a small shank and a large shank? When I pop the barrel off will I be able to tell by a measurement? Then it is an older 110 so will I be able to put an accu trigger on it or should I go with an after market trigger like a Timney?

    Thanks

The large shank barrel will have a definite step right infront of the barrel nut. Timney trigger, Just my opinion I don't like the crap-u-trigger.

here, this should help ya out:

You cant easily put an accutrigger on an older action, so an aftermarket trigger is a much better option.
