32 gr blitzking tumbling

32 gr blitzking tumbling shot in 20 tactical, 25 grs imr8208xbr, 24 inch barrel, bullets tumble, leave smoke trail to target, 4100 fps. Rifle shoots one hole five shot groups with 35 gr bergers 25 grs 10x. Have not chronograed bks. since tumbling started. Are they being shot at to high of velocity ?

I had this problem in 204 Rugers, what causes it is a hard carbon buildup. You need to cut the carbon out of the barrel.
