Has anyone had any success with AA XMR 4064 and 70 gr Sie in 243? The Sierra manual and accurate labels differ by about 2 full grains-any load suggestions? This is a new build for me, so I'm starting from scratch. ( R-P brass) Thanks for any comments, Steve

Be careful with reloading and differing from load data, you should match the exact powder name and brand to what is in the loading manual. You need to watch numbers, what number in AA may or may not be close in burn rate to IMR or Hodgdon. When in doubt contact the powder manufacture.
