    stevens 200 too 300 wsm


    i have a stevens 200 short action,,can i make this into a 300 wsm action with a bolt head swap???thnx

    If you can come across a Pushfeed style Magnum Bolt Head for the SA then yes you can. All you need is the bolt head, and a Small Shank 300WSM barrel, and a WSM mag if you want a repeater. Some of those things like the bolthead and mag can be harder to find, but maybe some of our other members here know where to locate some.

    You'll also need a short action magnum firing pin. In a short action, the magnums don't interchange with the others.
