Push it thru from the side opposite of the ejector pin, it won't stick.

If the keeper pin is stuck do what Scott said. If the ejector pin is stuck after taking the keeper out then it has rust or some other something built up holding it in. Just soak it in a good cleaner/lube such as Kroil and it should loosen up where you can get it out. May take a day or 3 if it is in really bad shape.
