110/EDGE/Axis interchangeability

Can the Savage 110 action barrels interchange with barrels on a Savage Edge/Axis action? IE: Could you take a 110 270 barrel and put it on a Edge/Axis 30.06? I know nothing about the edge axis savage line and this topic came up on another forum. We do have a 3 savages in the house though, a .22mag, a 25.06, and a 458Lott(off a 300 win 110 action).

Yes, the barrels and boltheads interchange but that's about it.
