    My BV project is done


    Boyds Evo stock, DIP trigger guard and heavy bottom metal. Nikon Buckmasters 4.5-14X40 scope with Weaver steel rings. Accutrigger tuned to 14 oz.

    Stock came finished from Boyds, I just waxed it. I have a DIP scope rail on the way for it, last modification

    The stock came directly from Boyds-SS Evolution in Nutmeg, $99.

    This weekend I added a DIP rail and Burris ZEE steel rings. Package is now truly complete...

    True, but tuning is next. I'm going to test the rifle for a few thousand rounds to see what it's doing before any more changes. Everything so far has had positive results ;D

    Hi nice rifle.

    I was interested to read that you got your accutrigger down to 14oz. Can you share how you did this?

    I could only get mine down to 2lb 6oz with a spring clip.

    Here's the guide I followed, but I didn't replace the pins and used a spring from an old pair of pliers instead of the bic lighter spring. Otherwise, pretty much did the same as he did.
