    3M Scotch-Weld

Has anybody used 3M Scotch-Weld, epoxy adhesive to bed their rifle? I have acquired 2 large pkgs and just hate to waste it. It mixed well, dries smooth, releases with grease or Pam, but appears to be a bit soft after 24 hours of cure. Not sure if it shrinks, couldn't tell. Anybody tried it????

"appears to be a bit soft after 24 hours of cure" ..... doesn't give me a warm fuzzy as a bedding compound. I would use it for something else.

The bedding that I use is Marine Tex grey. Its inexpensive and works. Make sure its the grey and avoid the white at all costs.
