Finishing new build, 6XC, 8 twist on Stevens .243 action.

Go this barrel while back, Krieger 8 twist, 6XC, varmint contour with end of barrel stepped for F class sights. I inidcated and trued the action, heavy surface ground recoil lug, put on barrel and steel weaver type bases, Millet steel windage adjustable rings. Got the factory trigger at#2crisp and safe! Opened up the factory camo stock to float barrel, and bedded action. PUtting the scope on tommorow, Burris Sig., 8x32x44 Posilock, duplex ch. Mainly a hunting gun, will play with it some at the range. Anyone here got any load data, favorite powders etc.? I am loolking at H4350, RL15, and IMR-3031. I will mainly be shooting 70-100 grain bullets.

You can easily use the 107 SMK or 115 DTAC/VLD with the 6XC if you have a 8 twist or faster barrel.

I'm looking HARD at the XC as my next build.
