Lightweight replacement stock for Axis
As the title suggests, I am looking a replacement stock for my savage axis. I know the synthetic stock that comes on the axis is garbage, but I don't want to add any unnecessary weight as I will be using this for my deer hunting rifle which will involve a lot of hiking from spot to spot. Anyone have any suggestions? I would like to keep it looking like a basic hunting rifle. Just want to improve accuracy, and from what I read replacing the factory stock will help.
