Took this 9 point Saturday morning (12/01/2018). First kill with the Savage, range 145 yards. 143 Gr. ELD-X bullet. DRT![IMG]http://i65.tinypic.com/2z4z50w.jpg[/IMG]

Good on you!

I used a 143 gr ELD-X last week in my .260 to put some venison in the freezer. Just picked it up tonight. 55 lbs! Yum.

Very little collateral meat damage. Just what I wanted (I'm only pushing it to mid 2600 fps at the muzzle)
