New from nevada

Long time shooter new to savage. Purchased a 110 ba stealth in 338lm to get into long range shooting. Been shooting this rifle for over a year. About 10 shots in I started having rail issues. I joined the forum to see if I can get some help or ideas on fixing the issue.
