Info on Stevens 67E slug gun wanted, please:

Just laid away a Stevens 67E 12ga slug gun with a 21" bbl, with rifle sights and a scope base and mount that i will probably remove. The stock has some dings, but the gun is in very good working condition otherwise, and seems like a solid piece. SN is:E8305xx if anyone can tell my how old it is. I have no information on these guns at all if someone can tell me some of the history of them - I believe they have been around for a long time in various model names and numbers. Gun is chambered for 2 3/4 or 3", cost $175.

Made in 1987, barrel is the correct length according to the catalog, thats about all I can tell ya on that one.

Thanks - iot looks pretty mush unused except for some serious dents in the top of the stock - appears unfired. Has the factory scope mount and rings, very good rifle type sights - I think it will be a very good woods gun here in eastern PA.
Will pick it up in a few weeks.
