Will the magazine from a savage axis .223 fit any other model such as the mod. 111 etc.?
My Axis 223 magazine fits in my Model 11 don't know about 111.
Depends on your Model 11/111. Confused? So is everyone else because Savage keeps doing stupid stuff like this. Basically a lot of the package guns use the Axis style magazines with the plastic bottom rather than the standard 110-series magazines with the metal bottom to save a little money and raise their profit margin.
Soo....like I said, it kinda depends on what specific model you have.
