Have Nikon Monarch 5x20x44 SF 1/8 MOA,1"tube.
Any thoughts about using 1/8 MOA scopes?
The plan for this rifle is 800 yards(hopefully).

I like the 1/8 MOA vs the 1/4 MOA on the adjustment but its a PITA when doping
How much adjustment does that scope allow? It might be hard to reach 800 with standard 1/8MOA scopes.
Nevermind, did the search, 34MOA max internal plus 20 from the EGW... Should be fine but you will be on the upper end of adjustment which isn't great with .30 cal recoil.
