What modern bases and rings do you recommend for a 99 built in 90's?

What modern bases and rings do you recommend for a 99 built in 90's?

I have a beautiful 99CE that I'm mounting a silver fixed 4 scope on...what bases and rings would you use?
I will have them coin plated locally

If you are having them plated, probably Leopold or Redfield steel rings and bases.
