Another blonde joke

A blonde is driving too fast on the interstate and gets pulled over. As the trooper approaches the car, she qicly lets down her hair and opens the top of her blouse "just a little." When he gets to the window he asks for her driver's license and registration. She gets them out of her purse and hands them to the officer with a wink and a smile. "Thank you ma'am" he replies as he takes them and walks back to his patrol car. Soon he returns with a piece of paper, informing the blonde that he's giving her a speeding ticket for driving 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. She blushes, winks and smiles again, and says "Oh officer, I thought you guys didn't give tickets to pretty ladies." The officer replies "That's correct ma'am, we don't. Please sign here."
