Great customer service yet again...

I bought a new take-off LWH walnut stock for my 2nd Model 10/LWH build, and it arrived without the gold indian head medallion on the grip cap. So I called Savage, thinking there was no way they would still carry the indian head medallions, much less the gold ones, and the young lady that answered said "give me a minute, I'll go look in the back..." A few minutes later, she said she had one and she would send it right out to me.

I was blown away. I don't know if every gun manufacturer offers this kind of personal service, but I'm darn sure glad Savage does. I am a loyal Savage customer for reasons just like this.
