A22 mag 17HMR mag conversion

Once I got my A22 mag every butler creek 25 round mag disappeared. Found two A17 mags and figured that they could not be that different than 22 mag. Wrong. Pretty easy fix though. There are two nubs that stick up on both sides of metal top part of the magazine. I filed those down and no joy. Began to measure the factory savage mag and just started to file away at the butler creek. This is the actual opening where the rounds come up through. I believe I ended up at .23 wide on the rear opening and filed away a bunch up front. The rounds now feed kind of nose up at maybe 20 degrees angle. Works perfect. Sorry for lack of pictures.
