Allen Sharpshooter Gun Rest and Vice

Too flimsy for ANY high-powered rifle. There needs to be something on the box, anything at all, stating which calibers it’s acceptable to mount on this thing and shoot. If you’re looking at it strictly as a vice for cleaning, get one, it’s a fantastic deal at around $30 (USD). If you’re looking at it to sight in some air rifles or a rim-fire, you can probably do better, but this would work, for now. If you’re looking to sight in anything bigger than a .22-.250, keep looking past this thing. Spend that $30 on ammo. Spend it on a new shoulder strap. Spend it on fishing line. Spend it on.... literally anything else. Just don’t buy this thing.

TL;DR ~ Nothing on the box says “Don’t use with big rifles” and the recoil will basically blow the thing apart.
