Polished barrel

Does any of the gun manufacturers make a rifle with a polished barrel everything seems to be this cheaper matt finish, which i find to rust extremly easy i have a modei 14 and a model 11 trophy hunter and was amazed how fast and easy they start to rust

The matt finish seems to be the trend or norm on the entry level rifles, just need to do basic gun maintenance and wipe the barrel down with a silicone or oil cloth. My 2 FV12's show no signs of rust.
