How do you guys find out your rifles manufacture date? I typed the serial number into Savages parts finder and of course the schematic came up but where it says "Manufactured:" at the top there is nothing there. I just am assuming that the manufacture date should be there, am I wrong? How can I find out how old it is? CAN I find this out?
The serial number is J197576.
