axis 2 HB issue

Just wanted to advise everyone. I have an axis 2 HB 223rem and since day 1 the bolt would lock and not open both unloaded and loaded. I began reloading and was made aware of bullet in lans was a bad thing. I noticed that my bullets were getting rifling marks on them and even factory ammo would get a sharp cut on the bullets.

I sent the rifle back to savage and they said main spring housing, bolt face, firing pin were replaced. chamber was also worked on.

just wanted to make everyone aware if you have these symptoms may want to sent it back.
