12FV (Cabelas exclusive) of varmint action from NSS?

I am about to start my build and looking for a base rifle. I have a question abiut the 12FV from cabelas. I have one waiting for me for $389 but want to know is it the same varmint action that Jim sells from NSS? I know that the NSS action is stainless and this one will be blued but are they physically the same?

The 12FV is a centerfeed, blind magazine model, whereas the Varmint action ships with DBM. The Varmint action should also have the varmint Accutrigger.

If it was going into an XLR chassis which one would make more sense to buy?
