Magpul debut'd a new stock for the REMINGTON 700 LA/Sa at SHOT this year...if enough of us ask maybe they'll make it for SAVAGE too...MSRP is $259 amd has optional DBM for AICS mags...looks like there is a in my near future...of course it will have a REMAGE barrel adn barrel nut like my Savages...

Nice looking stock. With enough requests, maybe Magpul will produce one for Savages.
They've already implied they will do Savage short action 4.40" down the road.
Does it have the aluminum bedding?
Did you catch what the price difference would be with the AICS bottom metal? That could be a very decent deal.

I'm a fan of Magpul's polymer. It doesn't flex like some other polymers that other gun manufacturers use. The price point seems to be very good for the stock.
It is a V-block. The aluminum frame runs from mid forend through the grip clear into the butt. Hoping a Savage comes out soon.
