Hate to hear this for the employees - but I'm not going to get political.

I believe it's a combination of gun supply has meet gun demand, some ammo still being expensive and or hard to find, and the economy is still slow.

I agree. Most people are probably fairly newly hired (since 2008).

When you flood the market with cheap product and your customer base takes advantage of said cheap product by buying multiples in quick succession (cuz they're cheap), you pretty much kill your own market demand and said demand dries up almost as quickly as it flourished.

Remington may also be due to prep/initial stages of move to Alabama.
