Is this a center feed gun?

Just saw this on GB. Is it a center feed that takes the after market long mags?

It has the rear round receiver, so it is almost surely a centerfeed. Great snag. The action is worth more than that.

Does anyone know if there is an off the shelf medium to varmint profile 30-06 barrel?
