The Boyd's stock is roughly 2.85 lbs. And if I remember correctly, the Choate weighs over 3.5 lbs.
Hmmmm so less than a pound, I may pick up another Choate. When to order them.....

I think for now I am just going to get another Choate.
I really really want an MDT light chassis, but $650~ plus mags is not going to happen right now.... If I go that route I want to buy two of them and then I would sell all my other stuff, but I gotta keep the wife happy....

Nope.
Talked to MDT yesterday they said they should be making a run of lefties next year so we will see. I figured I could get $50 for my accustocks, sell the factory bottom metals, mags, and dark eagle mags, and the one choate I have and not be out a ton more. I like the MDT LSS chassis since it isn't one of the monster tacticool chassis like so many of the others are. I would just need to put one rail on it for the flashlight
