Custom Savage 110 LH 7mm Rem Mag trying to find it's age

Hi Savage folks,

I recently picked up a custom 110 LH 7mm Rem Mag and am trying to date the year. I know it's before 1994 (when they started keeping track) and after 1968 when they started putting serial numbers on. Anyway, mine starts with "B" so B2453xx. I am thinking somewhere in the early to mid 1970's? Not a big deal but I always like to know when my guns are born.

Custom stock, Douglas 26.5 1/10" twist bedded barrel, plus dies and a 6 boxes of hand loads for $350. Can't wait to try it out. Sometimes it pays to be a lefty http://www.northwestfirearms.com/ima...ilies/lol3.gif.
